  • ▶ I am allowed to use the works of art as a portfolio on my social networks. However, you can request that I not do so.

  • ▶ The commissioner can post their commission in their gallery or elsewhere on the Internet, but it must be credited.

  • ▶ Do not redistribute, edit or claim as your own. Please don't make any base out of them because the copyright of the work itself belongs to me.

  • ▶ have the right to refuse and decline any commissions.

  • ▶ For personal use only, the price indicated above does not include the commercial rate (unless stated), if you want a commercial rate please mention it as a commercial commission.

  • ▶ Do not use these pieces of artwork for NFT conversion.

  • ▶ Always give me a credit as your artist.

  • REVISIONS

  • ▶ Only minor revisions are allowed for free (max. 3)

  • ▶ Minor revisions: color changes, adding small details, etc. (max. 3)

  • Additional revisions: +$5 for every 3 minor revisions

  • ▶ Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free

  • PAYMENT

  • ▶ Full payment are needed before i can start with the illustration.

  • ▶ Partial payment is allowed but please inform me first so I can give the right invoice.

  • ▶ If there's any complications on your side that you are unable to complete the invoice, be sure to let me know your reason if you needed more time.

  • REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • ▶ Refunds and cancellations are only allowed if I have not started working on the commission. Also, you can cancel the commission if payment have not been sent yet.

  • ▶ I will only send refund if I can't continue your commission.

  • ABOUT THE COMMISSION

  • ▶ Delivery time can vary from depending on the difficulty of the artwork or current commission queue.

  • ▶ It will be sent via email, or the social media you contacted me with.

  • ▶ Please DO NOT rush me; unless there was a set deadline. I will charge fee if there is a rushed schedule, unless dateline was stated beforehand.

  • I. Type of Commercial commissions

  • Type A: multiplier x2 at base price (game asset, streaming assets, social media promotion, etc.)

  • Type B: multiplier x3 at base price (when the artwork brings you any kind of profit, but the art is not the main selling point (ex. illustration to a book, game, book or CD cover etc.)

  • Type C: multiplier ×4 at base price (when you are going to sell merchandise of any shape or form using my artwork (ex. stickers, keychains, charms, prints, etc.)

  • NOTE: Commercial fees are applied per product (ex. if you use a commission for stickers and charms, you need to pay two separate commercial fees)
